Novelty is one of the ways Feldenkrais gets the right and left hemispheres of the brain connecting… if you find yourself wondering “what in the hell is this for?” You’re in exactly the right place, it’s for THAT.

Children have so few rules when it comes to playing, they simply explore and push boundaries for the sake of having fun, for learning HOW to do things. They fall and get back up until balance is discovered, jump in to things with without question and celebrate the discovery of new skills with great enthusiasm.

Today’s invitation is to approach this lesson with a child-like curiosity.
