AAARRRGGHHH frustrating, I found a Substack bug and this is the only way I know of to make sure you got yesterday’s lesson which I initially scheduled in advance and didn’t get to the post in time to add the recording!
Another really peaceful and attentive lesson to deepen our practice of developing awareness. Moshe asks us to move really slowly so the reading is quite slow, although the original lesson went for 44 minutes and you can see this recording goes for 35. You are more than welcome to pause the recording at any section you like and continue by your self then return… it’s yours, do with it what you please!
