A cautionary note:

“It is prohibited with these movements to leave the arm that you pull quickly.
You need to release it gradually and return it slowly, slowly, to its place.
Those first moments of lowering it may hurt after such lengthy pulling.
It hurts a lot if you lower it quickly.
After a moment you will feel better.”
