Moshe seemed to get into themes, or obsessions with insects and mice, has me wonder why!
Another well known quote from Moshe is “making the impossible possible”
It could be good to have that in mind during this lesson:
“I see three that touch. One touched here. There is a third and over there is the fourth. You will see that, in one more lesson, you will cross the knees behind. The benefit is that then the lumbar spine, or lower back, behind, will be straight. Then it would be possible to do what I showed you in sitting. Good sitting is not possible without being able to straighten the lumber spine, behind.”
As is with many of these unusual lessons, the benefits can be felt through the whole body in many different movements. The after effects are worth it!
