Another curious lesson which Vita will very probably like!

This one involves the imagination with a fly that won’t annoy, unless your imagination is really strong and you are able to (re)create the sensation on your skin.

It could be seen as quite gentle with some flexion to give the abdomen a bit of a workout, depending of course on what is focussed on.
