If you have issues with your knees, please have pillows, a folded towel or blanket nearby.

It’s a pretty standard lesson for Yogarian’s, (I think it’s called the cat pose)… however Moshe (of course) adds a few twists that cause an improvement within 34 minutes rather than 10 weeks (or more). I always find it fascinating how powerful awareness is, how much of a difference it makes to pay attention to a specific area and how the quality changes. Still, all these years later I’m still in awe.

I think Feldenkrais is that double slit quantum physics experiment in action! Moshe was certainly on to something with the way he taught people… considering his teachings are still alive, and well… still exist today.
