These titles, do you start wondering what on earth we’ll be doing??? After doing these lessons the memories come flooding back, it seems so obvious after the fact!
The people who transcribed the hundreds of lessons must have dreaded titling them so much that they brought them back to the very basics of each one… you are welcome to give them your own names if you like.
Tonight’s lesson could be seen as something of a test movement for Self Awareness, as an observer while I read I notice how the words sink in and something happens as the body softens to at least give “move slowly” “be gentle” some space to sink. And then everything changes….
… in a relatively short time.
Both Megan and Nick mentioned they felt more energised at the end of the lesson, which has me wonder, is it because they both acknowledged giving up that driving sense of having to achieve? Could it be that letting go of, or transforming an intention, from pushing and “efforting”, to feeling, sensing, discovering, staying curious…. provides people with energy? I find it interesting as the person delivering the lesson that I could observe the subtle shifts when grim determination visibly surrendered, I too felt more energised at the end. The energy of the room definitely changes.
There’s a bit of talking in this lesson, snippets of gold from Moshe that contribute to that shift in the space.
I invite you to notice any shifts in awareness and how these changes affect your mood as you experience this lesson… it could be really challenging, or, the one that has some pennies drop.
