I’ve just done this lesson, for the… I can’t remember how many times. It’s a fundamental and a gentle introduction to a way of breathing that other lessons have been built around. There’s a word for the movement, however I’m not going to say it just yet because it could give the aim of the lesson away.
As is said in the introduction, there’s quite a bit of talking in this one.. Moshe has a lot to say on the subject, which is no surprise given how important the breath is - it’s what separates us from death.
Have you ever thought about the first and last breaths?
We inhale to announce our arrival,
and then the last breath is an exhalation
when we exit this existence.
