Today’s lesson involves some imagination during the lesson… after speaking with a practitioner the other day it became clear that we all “imagine” differently, there is no right way to stir our brain cells into imagining movements.

How do you imagine?

Are you a kinaesthetic learner?
Or do you lean more toward learning through visuals? Words?

feldenkrais, sensing into the vertebrae, skeleton, bones, discs, spinous processes - this is why I have zero fear that AI will take over.

Some saying Feldenkrais is a method that teaches people to learn how to learn, which, had a penny drop when I was in the Australian training. I realised I’d learned to survive, to absorb material as a weapon to use against people…
