So many people have neck pain, migraines, shoulder pain, and it you think about the delicate muscles and bones… and the complexities of the neck area it’s really no surprise.

If people don’t know how to open the bones of this delicate area to allow all the tubes flow through to the brain, then there’s bound to be issues if the neck area gets congested. These pendulum lessons (I’ve changed the title of this lesson to “Pendulum Continued” because the one given to it made no sense at all “Lifting the head with the hands; abdominal muscles while lying on the floor”) are designed to keep your focus on a broad area across the back, around to the sides. I can’t help but think that Moshe’s cartography experience lent some weight to him pointing out points of interest. Like he was spreading the area out for people to make as much use of the land as possible.

This one in particular brings focus to the relationship between different areas, and they might be combinations of areas you hadn’t thought to connect before… which can make the practice of lowering and raising the head interesting.
