Remember that box of chocolates… well, this is another exotic wild one with tangy overtones thrown into the mix!

I have to really manage myself with these introductions, after having done all the lessons from these manuals with a group of practitioners from around the world every day for 2.5 years (the lessons were mixed with other material, recordings, Functional Integration sessions… we worked from the manual 4-5 times a week with breaks in between) , I have memories of some practitioners (in my view) interfering with my personal experience of the lessons they struggled with. A large percentage of practitioners who finish the training take from the manuals the lessons they love the most, and won’t introduce the ones they think too challenging for others.

Moshe says: “The relationship among these four points, your two hands and both feet, is fixed for your whole body. It stays like this through your life. Later you may understand better what I am saying. Make note of these four points, familiarise yourself with the position of your hands and feet”.
