For this lesson, please have a book to sit on, preferably something hard to connect with the feet of your torso.
We’ll be exploring precision with this lesson, there are circles and clocks involved - nothing we haven’t done before so this is a lesson to get those circles even sharper and clearer so that each arc gets smoother with a deeper clarity. Consider that the more the little glitches can be ironed out, the greater affect these movements will have on your whole BEing.

After last night’s lesson Megan opened up the conversation about humans and the now lack of orientation…. which reminded me of a discussion I had with a bus driver in GlenWaverley two weeks ago - one of those horridly uncomfortable (literally) ‘old school’ bus/train replacements with zero luxury comforts such as windows that open, or heating or anything fancy.
