Moshe has a lot to say in this lesson, it’s one of those listening to the words while you move, taking breaks whenever is necessary and returning when your curiosity gets the better of you… to work out if what he’s saying is true.
I’m saying weight distribution however in a different way we’ve experimented with thus far, this lesson has us think a little differently for ways to distribute what we think of as weight - it could be more our volume, however not as noise. Except of course if those voices between the ears get really loud “what the hell is he talking about, why is it different for me… blah blah blah”.

It is through the neglect of life and difficulties of life that we stop learning and listening. Then, we go down to a much lower level of functioning, as a child is before he or she learns to use his body. Then, we age prematurely and unnecessarily.”
(Has me wonder if he was writing The Body and Mature Behaviour during this phase).
