The title kind of gives this one away, there is some bonus material though!

You might now start to sense how we’ve done a lot of groundwork over the last (almost one hundred) lessons.

That connection between the base of the skull and the tailbone, is it starting it make more sense yet? We’ve done quite a few lessons contracting the back muscles, bringing the tail bone toward the base of the skull, and now with this recent move to support the base of the skull head the hands in that little nook this relationship becomes clearer.

Is anybody else starting to think of their coccyx as a tail, or am I alone with this one?

Toward the later part of this lesson we explore that connection again to notice what it changes once our awareness has been brought to these areas.

Are you beginning to get a sense of how the lessons are designed? It’s quite ingenious the way Moshe has thought them through, well, in reality he moved through them using himself as a guinea pig first.
