The title really says it all!
What I love about the structure of this one is that the intent is really clear. The title makes it known what ‘the end game’ is and along the way we get to see the map to that result.
With such detailed guidelines for getting ‘there’ something within me settled, like I was going on a holiday and could enjoy the journey because I knew where I was ‘headed’. Mmmmaybe you’ll get to experience something different, maybe not.. maybe you’ll resent being told and prefer to discover your own way to sitting like an Indian.
