Lifting the head and the legs while twisting; on the stomach - LISTENING
Welcome to a(nother) Feldenkrais classic lesson twisting through the back to strengthen and (further) develop the powerful back muscles. Note for Vita, you could do REALLY REALLY SMALL movements… and practice - before each movement start with the question, “which part moves first?”. Work out how you initiate these movements and explore moving from different places - this practice could interrupt habits and make the experience worthwhile.
