Moshe has implied that people who have been struggling with moving in opposite directions would arrive at a point that the movements would be easier… and he seems to be breaking down the momentum of our clocks in this series so that he can fulfill that claim.
When thinking of the inner workings of clocks and all of those little wheels that connect into each other to continually turn, I wonder how Moshe was thinking of these internal clocks, and how he came up with the idea.
And then, how excited he was once he worked out the benefits of these movements… wanting to share them with others - and hearing the feedback from people.
Speaking of feedback, I’ve taken on board Nick’s to give people space to explore between movements. Thanks Nick.. until I hear from people I’m not sure how to tailor the lessons so that you can all get the most out of them. Feldenkrais is such an unusual method I often wonder if it’s even possible to bring it to the mainstream, and perhaps with the feedback from these lessons I’ll work out a way.
