Circles with the hand in sitting – SELF ORGANISATION - Vita friendly
I find circles really soothing, they seem to settle my system.. and it’s common feedback from people who do Feldenkrais lessons. They have a sense of unwinding, which I suppose in essence is what circles do.

You might find that now you’re starting to involve more of your self, particularly the torso to assist the fine delicate bones and muscles of the hands do what they’re designed to do… fine and delicate movements. The more you can involve your big bones and muscles, the less the hands have to “do”…. which can really reduce stress levels.
