Now is the time to do the whole lesson again, and bring some of the learnings into the movements to feel if the experience is any different. This is where clicking ‘record’ on Zoom could come in handy - then you can see for yourself if there are any noticeable changes when your attention is focussed on a particular area.
One way of tackling the lesson tonight could be - bringing your attention to the sternum, or the shoulder blades, the thighs, ribs, or focus on this relationship between the front and the back of your body, as you contract and lengthen the back muscles throughout the whole lesson and feel what that’s like.
There are many ways to approach it.
