As part of the global group who do AnAYaDay I found it quite funny when at the end practitioners with YEARS of experience were left perplexed from the instructions “how did you interpret that bit?” “I did it this way”, “I thought he meant…”
Even after all these years and doing these lessons many times over, practitioners are often left wondering what the lesson was for… so, if you’re in that space of confusion.. you’re not alone.
Sometimes it helps to look at the screen, as you would look at other participants if you were in a class setting.
