We did something similar to tonight’s lesson, yet not quite the same.. the intention is to raise awareness to the location of the thoracic spine so that it can be included in movement when appropriate, or called for.

This time we’ll be investigating the bones below C7, that big one sticking out in what we call a ‘neck’, the three below are the first in the thoracic spine, T1, 2.

Consider this lesson a movement exploration, to feel how important each single bone in our body is, for moving the whole.
