This week we have a classic Feldy lesson extending through the stomach to look at the heels. A beautiful release for people who have been sitting for long periods of time, this lesson brings us out of the fetal position and engages the spine to lengthen and extend the fascia from the inside.

the calcaneus, aka: the heel. It’s a bone with a lot more movement than we think, tonight we get to see it from an unusual angle.

Notice how you do this lesson tonight, the internal dialogue, how you ‘feel’ when you do it so that you have something to compare at the end of the week - also, if you’re interested in a before/after comparison, record yourself tonight so that you can see a direct comparison when we do the lesson again at the end of the week.
