Habits, which are diseases of tendencies, fatigue, and suffering, make it so that a person finds a peculiar way he personally finds comfortable.

habitual movement, straight jacket, constrained, human locked up, feldenkrais

If you think of the top of the illiac crest, or the top of this butterfly’s wing to where the ears are… the connection from head to hip is triangular. Geometrically speaking, triangles are one of the most stable shapes, the base along the bottom is designed to provide support for where the top two side lines meet.

By exploring the relationship between the head and pelvis this triangle might become a little clearer to have your head sit nicely in the middle, without any effort.

Maybe.

Who knows what you’ll get from this lesson! Recording below, enjoy taking the journey with Marianne who’s been listening in to these lessons in the privacy of her own time in Canada.
