I sometimes think I’m moving in triple slow motion (a term I learned from my Callanetics Days). When the fascia lengthens it’s a good idea to move slowly to return it to the place it began, this practice not only reduces the risk of injury, it also has people focus on the reverse journey, the way home which has many pleasant surprises.

This is a beautiful compliment to last night’s lesson even though it’s very different, that precision though… could come in very handy tonight.
