Tonight, Moshe gives us something to ponder:

“Ask your self…
whether or not you know what ease feels like.
There are many people who do not know this feeling.

What they do seems to them not so hard
and it turns out that their whole life they are working
and doing everything with unnecessary power.
Therefore, it is not with enough finesse,
with not enough organization,
and with not enough comfort

such that everything they do is hard work so they avoid doing it.
This is because it is uncomfortable and unpleasant.”

We explore the power of slow and gentle movements again tonight, it seems to be an ideal way to bring the first series of this project to an end, or a beginning on Monday September 1. We will build from these lessons, take them apart and get into more detail with some of the more complex moves.

Moving slowly and inspecting what moves when in relation to where is a big part of this method, and it’s so rare it has to be repeated numerous times to fully, like really start to indulge in such a practice.

“Exercise” is just the opposite, and it’s really difficult to unlearn behaviour that cause us harm.

Tonight we get some more practice to develop awareness
with unusual,
and very Feldy moves.
