“….. and on the vertebrae where throughout life there is tremendous difficulty in bringing movement there. Therefore, with many people, this is the stiffest place in the body, even with those who work, exercise, and dance.

For the majority, by middle age, it is almost as if these vertebrae are joined together, especially the last vertebra of the neck. The seventh; and the vertebrae of the back become the stiffest.”

and… what are your thoughts on:

“Once you learn the easier way,
it is possible to do it the more difficult way.
But, if you start with the difficult,
you do not learn- not the difficult and not the easy.”

It’s another origarmi style lesson, great for the shoulders… and the whole system.

Take your time, do only what you feel comfortable with and take pauses as and when your body says “enough”

as you can see, each bone has a nerve that feeds through it… and with these lessons (this one in particular) we’re making space for those nerves to freely move through and provide our whole body with sense, and feeling.
