That’s not really the title, however, I think it’s more fitting than “beginning and continuation”.

Origami Guide - Instructions On How To Make Origami

Moshe seems to be dropping a lot of gold nuggets in this particular manual, there will be more than this one tonight:

“The importance of these things is greater than how the English say...
because… in the cortex in the brain

- in the place where you do intentional movements,
those that you want to do with intention,
there is a pattern that has stayed stuck like this from forty years ago
it has not changed.
There are cells that are working and cells that are not working.
There are those that work and participate in life.
There are those that we put in the attic and do not use.
There are variations of patterns of the brain that are buried some place.

Therefore, this (movement) is important to do.
You will see that for many, this does...
many feel it the next day and some immediately.”

It is really important with these origARMy lessons to move slowly and be patient, although the arms, hands, shoulders are used very often, they are still made from very delicate tissue between the bones. It’s a delicate area, so be satisfied with any fraction of a millimetre improvement… and really… remember, that the power is in the torso. For example, any small improvement in the ribs makes for a much bigger improvement in the hands.

Be gentle with your self, and patient.
