OH BOO, Megan is out and about tonight and she sent the recording of this lesson…. however Zoom needed a password for me to access it and Megan couldn’t remember setting one. So I’ll be delivering tonight’s lesson, it’s part one of two,
in conjunction with tomorrow night’s lesson.
I love what Moshe says part way through the movements:
“…. the shoulder tends to do what it wants….
it is a machine, a good machine that learned to do some tricks.
Yet you do not know how to do the simplest movement
knowing that you are doing it.
Therefore, we need to learn to do small things
that you needed to learn in childhood,
for then, people would grow up to be different than they are.
They would not be people-machines,
but people.”
It’s a nice, gentle lesson, if you’ve been feeling like you need some hugs lately, tonight you’ll get them!
