it’s where magicians hide rabbits… which means, all that space we can use!

“Forget about everything you have to do at home and all your troubles.
Look around slowly for a fly or a mosquito,
it is not so simple.

Do you know why this is?
Because, with most people, the hand does not bend, it is not okay.
The shoulder is not okay.
The neck is not okay and nor is the chest;
and then, it is impossible to do movements that any idiotic child knows how to do.
Do it slowly. You see? You feel that it is not so simple... the whole back and the thigh.
Do not do it quickly and do not do it powerfully because with many it will hurt.
My argument is only when you do not understand.
When you are not able to, I understand.

There are many things that I am not able to do.”

and this:

“In an ideal manner,
all the parts,

the entire personality from the brain until the feet,

need to help fill what is necessary and wanted for this system.
This will go to ruin because we have acquired habits
rather than awareness and judgement.

And then, these habits demand their right to appear
so we lose the free will of acting and we lose our human image.
Animals do not have free will.

We have free will.

As they discussed it in philosophy,
they did not pay attention that this choice is not a choice
as long as you do not learn to do it.

Habits are not choice,
but rather habit.
By themselves, they are fixed.
You do not have a choice.

Choice... when you distinguish, discern, from one movement to the other,
this means... afterwards a differentiation, then we are able to say,
Now I know that I have two possibilities.

I can do it like this and like that while before I was only able to do it like this,
like a machine."

Enjoy learning choice through these movements :)
