There is quite a bit of talking and explaining during this lesson, take rests whenever you need and start again to feel if what Moshe proposes is true for you… or if you can make it so.
He talks about the greater trochanter:
In quite a few lessons we’ve explored weight distribution, in this lesson Moshe invites us to explore how we distribute our weight to make the movement more efficient… you might feel it you might not. That is irrelevant, the most important aspect is that you learn something about you and the way you move.
