so much going on in such a small space!

“Move slowly to feel how your whole entire body participates
and you get even further than before…

this does something really nice to the entire body and also to the brain.
Primarily to the brain because if you do not fix this,
the movements never become fixed.
They always are not okay and they stay this way until the end of their life.
The leg should not come to a place where if it got there,
it could not go any further.

It should come to the degree that you can go further
if you want to.”

  • If you know what you’re doing,
    you can do what you want.

In this lesson Moshe also says:

“And, without a healthy brain,
there is no healthy body
and without a healthy body,
there is no healthy brain.”

Tonight’s lesson is a continuation of last night’s, you might need space on either side of your mat to stretch your legs out.
