We start or are in the middle of another little theme which seems to be building into a daily function - getting up from the ground.

Physiotherapists tend to have A particular way to do it, a formula if you like… whereas Moshe’s ways clearly come from his judo background and involve rolling. These lessons seem to be breaking down that process to make the end result appear fluid as though it’s a natural ‘habit’.

this movement is NOT part of the lesson, it’s being shown here to illustrate the science behind rolling… and it looks like diagonals are an important part of the movement.

It is recommended to have room on either side to move from side to side.
