This lesson is in extension, which can be a little bit challenging for people who are used to flexing, or bending forward most of the time. Please, take it easy, do what you feel comfortable with and acknowledge any changes in the way you connect with the ground.

The Extraocular Muscles - The Eyelid - Eye Movement - TeachMeAnatomy

I thought a visual might help explain what you’re about to hear in tonight’s lesson:

looking down at the muscles around the eyeballs

while we “see” what is happening in front of us, there is a LOT happening within to turn the eyeballs. Those muscles at the back pull the ‘ball’ left, right, up, down, in circles… tonight we’ll put those movements in to practice.
