What’s your reaction to reading ‘that’ word?
Tai Chi, Qigong, people aware of the meridians have zero hesitation mentioning any and all areas of the human body, because they know that the whole system is connected.
Moshe had a very similar approach, and personally… I think his unabashed way of talking about the human body is a big reason he was so successful - and his work lives on.
Tonight we explore areas of the pelvis - when you hear the word, what area do you immediately think of? There are many place to move from, and we’ll feel those differences thinking from a range of areas in this region.
The excerpt that was read during the lesson:
”If you do not go to the limit,
the limit continues to move farther away.
If you go to the limit, this limit stays fixed for the rest of your life.
This is like Lenin once said,
"On the horizon he sees that every worker in Russia will have a Rolls Royce."
When he finished his speech,
somebody asked him,
"How is this possible?
We do not even have donkeys to ride on."
Lenin answered,
"You did not hear. I said, On the horizon."
And, this horizon is like I say if you do not put a limit,
the horizon is like a border, a limit.
The closer as you come to it,
the further it moves away from you.
It is the same thing here.
If you do not set a limit, a border,
if you do not go to the limit of your ability,
then this limit continues to move away like the horizon.
You can do more.
If you go to the horizon,
then it has a finished life.
It is the same thing.
If you make a border for yourself,
a limit for yourself,
you cannot go further.
You can exercise your whole life
and it will hurt your whole life.”
