Tonight we repeat verses with those crazy mouth combinations to feel what’s going on INSIDE our heads as we speak, and breathe, and digest, and listen, smell, see, as we sense in to our senses.
It is suggested that we all record our selves saying something - here is a something if you are at a loss to find anything - so that there is a before/after comparison. And, the information you might find interesting:
Humming introduces acoustic vibration,
which increases nasal nitric oxide production
and promotes Eustachian tube dilation
and mucous clearance.
This vibration may help dislodge
mucous buildup in the nasopharynx,
reducing post-nasal drip
and chronic nasal blockage.
Eustachian Tube Dysfunction
often stems from inflammation,
allergies, or mucus obstruction,
leading to impaired drainage
and pressure imbalances.
By keeping the Eustachian tubes open
and mucous-free,
these movements enable a shift
from mouth breathing
to nasal breathing.
Nasal breathing filters,
warms, and humidifies air,
optimising oxygen-carbon dioxide exchange in the lungs.
It stimulates para-nasal
sinus production of nitric oxide
which expands blood vessels,
enhances pulmonary blood flow,
and increases oxygen uptake
by up to 10-20% compared to mouth breathing.
Mouth breathing bypasses this,
leading to drier air,
reduced NitricOxide,
and poorer oxygenation.
