If anybody is feeling tension in the neck and shoulders, this lesson is definitely for you.. remembering, you are free to take pauses/rests whenever you need,
want
or desire.

It might be worth making either a mental or physical note to describe your sensation of the arms pre and post this lesson… simply the act of picking up a pen could be where the value of your time spent on this lesson is realised.

At the end the movements might seem quite obvious, as if your arms are of course designed for such moves, and yet… why are they not so commonly known? Why hasn’t anybody made them part of our daily routines??? That’s certainly how I’m left thinking after a lot of these movements,
particularly the novel ones…

on reflection… they seem so Elusively Obvious!!

Out of curiosity I had a quick look through uTube to see if anybody else is yet embracing these movements and… nope, not yet… some people are coming close to the idea, however they really don’t capture what Moshe invites us to feel.

And given that there’s really no imagery to illustrate the experience,
I’m quite sure that this image will at some point make sense:
