There is quite a bit of listening required in this lesson, part of it will be done in the imagination - get your paintbrush ready!!!

We’ll be lying on the back, stomach and doing some movements in standing.

It’s a extension lesson, so if you’ve been sitting for long periods of time, these movements will more than likely straighten you out… in a good way.

Fascia is what shapes us, when these elastic fibres continually move in the same patterns, that’s what gives us our signature posture. Changing these patterns releases different signals to the brain offering an alternate path to choose, and with that our thinking changes.

Doing these movements before sleep could be a way to program your brain for something different to happen tomorrow…
maybe, perhaps..
how would we ever know??
