Megan will walk and talk us through a classic Feldy lesson with unusual moves that have our bodies work out the most efficient ways to intercept habitual patterns that may be causing discomfort.

all the bones have rounded edges, to fit in with the bones next to them that also have curvy edges… BEing human is like a living in jigsaw puzzle.

We’ll be lying on our bellies for most of it with some movements on our backs. Have a bit of space on either side to allow the arms and legs to do their thing.
