Crawling is a pattern inherent in our DNA, “returning” to it, with awareness can remind us how to walk (again).

Moshe was adamant that we lie on our backs to practice movements and absorb or integrate them in to our system, and Grok agrees…. it says,
“Practicing these movements on the floor provides a safe, low-impact environment to strengthen coordination without the risk of falling, which is particularly valuable for maintaining functional independence”.
That was when I asked if these lessons are beneficial for people diagnosed with osteoporosis. There’s more to these lessons than meets the ‘I’!
Sidenote: a post arrived in my social media stream today that highlights the importance of movement, a little esoterical in nature I’m posting it here in case some of the content resonates.
“You are not a machine.
You are not just meat and bones and blood.
You are a living battery.
A fluid,
vibrating,
self-charging BEing powered by sunlight,
breath,
and movement.”
“Sunlight is medicine.
Movement is energy.
Fruits are hydration.
Earthing is alignment.
Breath is electricity.
Your body already knows how to heal.
You just need to give it the conditions it was designed for.”
