Tonight we take another look at the pelvis as we explore its range of movements in very gentle, inquisitive ways.

I love the clarity of the femural head in this image, that ball is so very clearly…
a ball! Imagine a tailbone which is not visible in this photo, moving backward and up.. what do you think would happen to the ball?

Tonight if you hear the word “expose” more of the ball at the back of your pelvis, this is what it will be meaning… lift the tail (bone) and think of the top of the femur, the thigh bone rolling in the hip socket to show more of the ball to anybody standing behind you, yeah with x-ray vision that can see through your skin to the skeleton.

We will be on all sixes, kneeling and resting on the back. Have something nearby to put under your knees if they cause discomfort when kneeling.
