A classic Feldenkrais lesson tonight, to put our heads on straight! I woke this morning with a sense of being twisted through the spine and I am really looking forward to tonight’s lesson to find out what’s going on.
This lesson could also be called the great unwind.

Tip: for this lesson, imagine the hands are the two sticks with the head rolling between them - for that, the hands stay flat and the surface of the orange moves through different places of the hands.
