We’re in for a treat,
here’s a tiny taste of tonight’s lesson:
“Sense how much space the nose takes up, sense in to the area that is the nose and when it becomes a "not-nose"
In this lesson we face up to the bones and muscles that have us smile, frown, gasp in awe, plus a whole myriad of expressions… that give other people a brief insight into what is going on inside.
In true Feldenkrais fashion we explore distances, sensing and (literally) feeling the skin to compare it to the not skin. I often wonder how on earth he came up with these ideas - and then when the lesson is over I really don’t care because the feeling is ssssooo unusual!
If you’re keen to do a before and after photo you are more than welcome to take a selfie and compare your self at the end - without a show and tell, unless of course you’re really keen to show the results!!
I wonder, how this lesson would combine with Koko’s face yoga ‘work’ - she’s a hoot!!!
