We’ve had quite a few lessons - maybe 20 so far - where we’ve explored the kinetic chain, feeling for the way our skeletal system is connected and used to push and pull whole-istically.
Prepare your self, tonight we have some more practice… going slow and sensing how the whole skeletal system is connected.
Once we get all of the bones are connected, in sync, then we don’t have to force anything and movement becomes much much easier.
And once this option is habitualised, then that old clunky way seems really, really odd.
