Awareness Through Movement #491

Inner Monologue - TV Tropes

A classic Feldy lesson that could involve dealing with the self talk,
because some of these movements are very unusual

“what does he mean?”
“yeah, but why”,
“is he serious?”
“there’s no way…”

I invite you to listen to the chatter and do the movement anyway, surprise your self with these classic Feldy twists and feel the result at the end.

And, maybe, perhaps, familiarise your self with the back of the head through an image to really get a sense of how deep the spine is inside the head. Many people touch those spikey bits at the back and forget about the rounded discs inside our bodies, although if you place your hand on your neck now you can feel how they too can be felt from the front. Let’s not forget that they move too!

here you can see how the front of the neck is about the centre of the skull, and the back of the head is about level with the nose.

and at some point during the lesson you’ll be asked to think of a bridge, these ants did not have an instruction manual (either)!

Nature Depends on Self-Organization - Dr. Kathy Allen
sometimes bridges have an unusual foothold!

Enjoy learning more about, with and for your Self tonight, through the many questions that are asked and the many that arise through the answers :)
