“We never say, "This is right." or "This is not right." It is right for the ability of the person. If the person has a leg that does not bend, then it is correct for that person to turn it in a peculiar way and not do this. The same peculiar way of moving is incorrect if a healthy person does it. We hardly ever use the terms, "correct and incorrect ".
Feldenkrais is very particular about the individualisation of each bone in our body, that same thinking extends out in to our Selves. Each individual has a different way of learning compared to the next, depending on how we’ve grown, the influences, circumstances, environments we (chose to) live in. That’s one of the good things about this online learning element, although it’s possible, this medium also makes it a little more difficult to imitate the movements of others. We can only see one plane. And, you are welcome to come close to the screen to observe others, there are no rules against that.. it’s just that we don’t really see all of the dimensions as we do in “real” life. The advantages, disadvantages, and this is the way it is with these lessons.
