This lesson is one of those surprising.. ok, so this is easy, nice thanks Moshe

at the beginning

and then at some point in time the internal dialogue shifts to
“WHAT?”
”ARE YOU SERIOUS?”

Which I find amusing.
So many people think of Feldenkrais as this soft, gently relaxing does it even do anything because I can’t feel a thing (says more about them)… and then there are these lessons he brings in that really get people to wonder if what he’s saying is even possible for the human body.

On the richter scale of lessons this one is not THAT high on the charts, it’s the progress through the lesson that kind of creeps up on people.

If you dare to take each step through this lesson - make sure you have a sturdy chair.
