So many people talk about “stretttttcccchhhhing” as if the muscles can get longer and longer. What if….

the way the bones connect and move together is what organises the musculature around the skeletal system to create maximum length??

John Sharkey talks about tensegrity, when the whole system moves in and around its self… for example, the heart:

How we move depends on what we think FROM, or imagine is possible, do-able… and many people think humans have to do daily stretches to improve over time.

Perhaps we need to re-define the meaning of achievement and begin to evaluate our performance not only quantitatively, but also in terms of our inner experience, assessed by our own feelings”. Ruthy

With these manuals we continue to pull apart, Moshe proves them all wrong.. particularly with this lesson. It is how we organise our selves that matters, the way we connect our bones so that the muscles which behave something like that video of the heart (as one unit) can lengthen and enable us to reach for..
the stars!

It might be an idea to measure your self before this lesson,
to see for your self if there’s a difference at the end :)
