Off all the lessons we’ve thus far explored with the theme “novelty”, this one might have pennies drop for some people… particularly with some of the timeless questions Moshe posed way back then when he delivered this lesson:
”if forcing this issue has not helped until today,
why would it help now?
“In which part of the back do you feel there are great changes?
Sense in to this place,
once the ability to bend is increased in this area
you would be able to do the splits
without stretching the legs.”
But, but, aren’t the splits all about the legs,
and whether or not I’ve been gifted the genes of a ballerina???
What if the answer is NO, our genes have little to do with this movement…
once we learn to ORGANISE our systems…
and tell that internal dialogue to take a back seat,
it’s then that the impossible becomes possible??
