There’s quite a lot of talking in this lesson, filled with ^MosheGems^ during the movements. I encourage you to take rests/pauses whenever YOU sense it’s necessary, you can always return to the movement.
As we know, the head sits atop the neck so P L E A S E take it gently.. treat those delicate bones, muscles, ligaments, tendons with respect… and… I’ll add here what has been mentioned during previous lessons… if you think “the neck” ends at the shoulders, then I invite you to think again.
Experience the difference… what happens when you think of the spine as a chain, with links connected all the way to the tailbone, and you include all of those pieces of the puzzle rather than stopping at C7? Do this especially if you’re finding your “neck” is getting sore.
