Grab a blanket and get comfy for this lesson, we’ll be doing it all in the imagination, to get a feel for how thinking of brushstrokes painted in lines around the face can have a profound effect on the whole self, body, mind, spirit… and energy levels.

The eyes are often neglected with most movement lessons, and yet, if you think about it… they are what drives movement. Our eyes, our senses are necessary to keep humans out of trouble and on the straight and narrow (so to speak), we move from what we can see hear smell and taste.. all of these senses located in a very small area of the skull, and they are all connected to our nervous system. Depending on the state of each person, whether on high alert.. or safe, “sound” and relaxed… the musculature surrounding these areas feeds through to our bodies in readiness to respond or reAct according to what these senses detect.

We’ll do a ‘test’ movement at the beginning to compare with at the end and see whether the time we ‘take’ to do these imaginary movements were worth the effort (let there be a minimum!!!).
